IT Rays uses a lightweight agent installed on managed devices. Once enrolled, you can remotely access any device through your browser with secure, end-to-end encrypted connections. The agent handles screen sharing, input forwarding, file transfer, and remote terminal access with minimal latency. All sessions are logged for audit purposes.
