Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during or after the trial period.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider with full PCI compliance.
If you reach your device limit, you will not be able to enroll new devices until you either remove existing devices or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing devices will continue to function normally. We will send you a notification when you are approaching your limit.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with IT Rays within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
